Booking

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TOUR?

My service as your private tour (including my transportation fee and admission fee). You don't have to pay my lunch or dinner cost (except if you want to shared dishes or drinks with me).

Note: all tours DO NOT include your transportation fee (train, bus, subway, tram, taxi etc.), admission (museum entrance fee etc.), food, beverages and other costs. Please pay by yourself in cash or credit card at the actual place. Of course I will help you purchase tickets, order meals and shopping.

HOW TO CALCULATE MY TOUR PRICE?

All listed tour prices are for one-person. Additional costs are required for group of 2 or more people. Additional costs are listed on each page.

Examples of the tour price - Heart of Sapporo Stroll Tour:

  • One-person: 99USD

  • 2 adult: 124USD (99USD for one-person + 25USD for extra person/adult)

  • ​3 adult + 1 child: 161USD (99USD for one-person + 25USD×2 for 2 extra people/adult + 12USD for extra person/child)

HOW CAN I BOOK A TOUR?

You can book all tours up to 48 hours (2 days: JST) in advance of your tour date. It is best to book a tour from this site, please find any available date from the tour calendar.

You can also book a tour by e-mail, Facebook messenger, Instagram direct message and Twitter direct message. Please write on the following:​​

  • Tour name (or unlisted destinations you want to go)

  • Your name and country (or region)

  • Number of people (adult / child)

  • ​Pick your day (mm/dd)

  • Meeting point (your hotel or nearest station) and time you want

  • End point of the tour you want

  • Places you want to go (optional)

  • Request (optional)

  • Your budget (optional: for your unlisted private tour)

  • ​Your SNS accounts (optional: Instagram etc.)

Payment

HOW CAN I PAY?

I will send you an invoice by email after confirmed your booking. You can pay online by credit card (such as Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal up to 48 hours (2 days: JST) in advance of your tour date. Sorry, cash payments are not accepted.

MY TRAVEL PLANS HAVE CHANGED. CAN I CHANGE THE TOUR DATE AND TIME?

As long as you let us know at least 48 hours (2 days: JST) before your tour, you can change to another date and meeting time if I have a vacant day (or time), or 100% refund you. See also the cancellation policy (below).

I HAVE ALREADY PAID, BUT I'D LIKE TO ADD THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS ...

If you have already paid, I will send you an additional invoice for the number of additional people by email. You can pay online by credit card or PayPal up to 48 hours (2 days: JST) in advance of your tour date.

Cancellation

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I offer 100% refunds on all tours if the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours (2 days: JST) before the schedule tours. I do not offer refund for any reason once I'm within 24 hours of the scheduled tour. If your payment has not been completed up to 24 hours (1 day: JST) in advance of your tour date, your tour will be canceled automatically.

*Exceptions of the cancellation policy (excursions for Otaru, Yoichi, Asahikawa, Biei, Furano, Shinshinotsu, unlisted destinations and weekend train travel): if the all trains and buses from Sapporo has been suspended service of your tour date (due to natural disasters or human accidents), your tour will be cancelled and I will offer 100% refunds at a later date. At that time, I will contact you before the tour.

WILL MY TOUR BE CANCELLED IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

No, tours run in all weather conditions.

Note: tours using rental bikes and weekend train travel may be changed to other destinations or transport if the weather is bad. Refund is not available. See also the cancellation policy (above).
